The West Bengal Board of Primary Education (WBBPE) has officially declared the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) Primary 2023 results. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their scores online on the official website wbbpe.wb.gov.in by logging in with their registration number and date of birth. Alongside the results, the board has also released the official answer key for reference.
The WB Primary TET 2023 was conducted on December 24, 2023, lasting 1.5 hours from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. To qualify, General category candidates needed to score 60% of the total marks (90 out of 150), while candidates from SC, ST, OBC, and PH categories needed 55% (82.5 out of 150) to pass.
A total of 3,09,054 candidates registered for the exam, out of which 6,754 candidates successfully passed, for 13,421 teaching posts announced under this recruitment drive. The results are a critical step for candidates aspiring to become primary school teachers across West Bengal.
