Truecaller, the world’s leading communication platform, has announced the launch of adVantage, an AI-driven recommendation and engagement platform designed to help businesses connect with users more effectively.
The new platform uses a centralized intelligence hub that continuously learns from user interactions to deliver personalized, privacy-safe, and high-performance advertising experiences. adVantage leverages real-time behavioral insights from Truecaller’s vast ecosystem, ensuring every message or offer is relevant while keeping user data anonymized and secure.

During its pilot phase, adVantage reportedly delivered up to a 50% increase in click-through rates, reaching over 200 million users. Sectors such as automotive, fintech, edtech, and e-commerce saw the strongest performance gains.
Truecaller said adVantage will now be rolled out beyond its ad business, including its business messaging platform, which recorded a 400% jump in open rates during early testing.
