By engaging Quantum Vision (quantumvision.in) for performance marketing, web development, branding, or data automation services, client agrees to these Terms of Service. Services are executed under documented statement of work (SOW) agreements.
Clients retain 100% full ownership of all ad accounts, custom codebase repositories, graphics, and server-side tracking assets created during the project lifecycle upon full settlement of invoices.
Invoices are payable within 7 business days of issuance unless otherwise stipulated in the SOW. Media ad spend budget is managed directly via client credit lines without agency markup.
