Fans of Malayalam cinema have a reason to cheer as the makers of the superhero film ‘Lokah’ officially announced Chapter 2 of the franchise. The sequel will feature Tovino Thomas in the lead role, while actor-producer Dulquer Salmaan will continue to back the project under his Wayfarer Films banner.
The first film, ‘Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra’, directed by Dominic Arun and produced by Dulquer Salmaan, was a big hit. The movie combined Kerala folklore with superhero action and striking visuals, winning both audience love and critical appreciation. Its success laid the foundation for a sequel that expands the Lokah universe.
