The Global India Couture Week (GICW) Mumbai came alive as designer Rohit Verma unveiled his latest couture collection, “Mystical Garden”, with Bollywood star Diana Penty and actor-host Maniesh Paul setting the runway ablaze as showstoppers.
Verma’s Mystical Garden transformed the ramp into a surreal dreamscape inspired by bioluminescent flora, celestial fireflies, and the energy of forgotten deities. With 101 models walking the runway, the show blended ethereal silhouettes, shimmering fabrics, and intricate embroidery, offering audiences an enchanting glimpse into a magical forest.
Each outfit was more than couture – it was a living tale, woven with myth, fantasy, and poetry.
Diana Penty stunned in an elegant creation embodying grace and allure, while Maniesh Paul added his trademark charisma to the runway. Their presence elevated the collection’s grandeur, leaving the audience mesmerised.

The show also featured beauty pageant winners Anuradha Garg (Mr. Globe 2025) and Pooja Walia (Mr. Globe Curve 2025), who embodied confidence and elegance in Verma’s designs.
Sharing his inspiration, Rohit Verma said: “Mystical Garden is my canvas of dreams – a parallel universe where fashion becomes poetry and spirituality. Each silhouette is infused with the glow of nature, the divine, and the fantastical. Through this collection, I want to remind the world that beauty lies not just in what we see, but in what we dare to dream.”
The showcase was styled by Rehan Shah and enhanced with jewellery from Visesh Jewels, luxury handbags from Exotic Collections, and ornate headgear by Nifvashi. The stage decor by Incredible Garden Art further elevated the mystical aura, making the runway feel like an enchanted forest.
With Mystical Garden, Rohit Verma reaffirmed his position as a master of couture storytelling, seamlessly blending imagination, artistry, and spirituality. The Mumbai edition of GICW witnessed not just a fashion show, but an immersive fantasy spectacle.
