OUR 5-STEP TECHNICAL INSPECTION PROCESS
Every used engine and transmission undergoes strict diagnostics before crating.
1. COMPRESSION TEST
Cylinder compression checked to ensure minimum 150-185 PSI across all cylinders.
2. ENDOSCOPIC SCAN
Digital endoscopic camera inspection of cylinder walls, valves, and combustion chambers.
3. FLUID ANALYSIS
Oil pan and transmission fluid analysis checking for metal shavings, sludge, or water entry.
4. HEAVY CRATING
Custom wood pallet crating with weather-proof shrink wrap for safe commercial freight shipping.
