L’Oréal Paris, the world’s leading beauty brand, has partnered with Reliance Retail’s beauty destination Tira to launch ‘Runway to Paris’, a first-of-its-kind initiative that brings the glamour of Paris Fashion Week to India. The showcase, held in Mumbai, spotlighted emerging Indian fashion and beauty talent, blending Parisian elegance with India’s creative spirit.
Designed as a glamorous prelude to Paris Fashion Week, Runway to Paris celebrated individuality, inclusivity, and artistic innovation. Students and young designers from across India participated, presenting their unique looks that redefined how fashion and beauty come together in storytelling.
The contest-style platform culminated in a grand finale, where eight promising teams showcased their creations before an esteemed jury and a packed audience of industry leaders. The winning team earned a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to attend Le Défilé by L’Oréal Paris at Paris Fashion Week in Paris – offering Indian talent an international stage.
Aligned with the global theme “Walk Your Worth” from L’Oréal Paris’s Le Défilé, the event positioned beauty as an equal partner to fashion. Each look was paired with the newly launched Infallible Laque Resistance Liquid Lipstick, reinforcing the campaign idea “What’s Your Shine Statement” – a celebration of confidence, self-expression, and high-shine color.
