Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly retainer engagements may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid for work completed or in progress during the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

For fixed-scope projects (e.g. website builds, brand identity), deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for undelivered milestones will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Gifting orders are non-refundable once sourcing or production has begun, given the customized and time-sensitive nature of these orders. Cancellations before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund.
